The Woman's Club of Ocoee held its charter meeting on January 17, 1924, and became incorporated on July 8, 1924.  Another year passed before joining the Orange County Federation in 1925.  It was 1932 before this organization joined the State and General Foundation.

PURPOSE

The object of the Club shall be to associate its members in study and efforts to advance the social, civic, educational and moral welfare of Ocoee and vicinity.
