~ Clubhouse ~

The Clubhouse is a beautiful facility with a lake view of Starke Lake.

In addition, the facility has banquet tables, banquet chairs, fireplace, stage, and plenty of parking.  If you are thinking  about planning a wedding event, there are several businesses in the charming brick paved road of McKey Street in downtown Ocoee.  Within walking distance you'll find salons, florists, catering and several churches.

The downtown McKey Street area offers an abundance of Florida history such as the Withers-Maguire House and the Ocoee Christian Church (one of the oldest churches in Florida), in addition to the other businesses.

The Clubhouse sits just off the shore of Starke Lake, and just a block away from the city of Ocoee municipal complex which includes fire, police, City Hall, and a lovely white gazebo.

RENTAL INFORMATION

Rental for a full day is $350.00 plus $19.50 tax .  A $500.00 deposit is required for all rentals (check is deposited).

No time can be reserved without a signed contract and deposit.  There is a mandatory sweeping and mopping fee of $50.00.  If paying by personal check, all payments must be received at least three weeks prior to the event or a money order or cashiers check is required for payment.
